ALL items  are final sales and sold in as is and as shown condition. For any questions prior to bidding you may text my cell at 440-382-6789 to ask a question on a certain lot as well as view items prior to bidding

pick up date for this auction will be  the Saturday after end of auction between 10 AM to 5 PM or Sunday noon to 5 PM all items must be picked up during that time  frame unless prior arrangements are made

any item that is not picked up will be considered forfeited and used for our fund raising Auctions 

All items are pick up only unless arrangements are made for an extra charge for delivery or shipping we will accommodate you the best way we can but we need you to follow the rules for our auction
